Terms of Service

1. Who we are

MyRoutine (“the Platform”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is operated by Bye Bye Holdings Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, with its registered office at 2a Swordfish Business Park, Swordfish Close, Higgins Lane, Burscough, Lancashire, England, L40 8JW. By using MyRoutine you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering you confirm that you are 18 or over and that the information you provide is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts where we have reason to believe these requirements are not met.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at hello@myroutine.health if you suspect any unauthorised use. We will not be liable for losses caused by unauthorised use of your account.

Your username forms your public profile URL (e.g. myroutine.health/yourusername). Usernames must not impersonate another person or brand, contain offensive language, or infringe any third-party trademark. We reserve the right to reclaim usernames that violate these rules.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you upload to MyRoutine (product photos, descriptions, affiliate links). By uploading content you grant Bye Bye Holdings Ltd a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to store, display, and distribute that content as necessary to operate the Platform.

You must not upload content that:

• •Infringes any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property right.
• •Is false, misleading, or deceptive — particularly with respect to product claims or affiliate relationships.
• •Is unlawful, defamatory, abusive, or harassing.
• •Contains malware, spam, or unsolicited promotional content.
• •Promotes products or substances that are illegal in England and Wales.

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these rules without notice.

5. Affiliate links and disclosure

MyRoutine allows you to add affiliate links to products in your routines. You are solely responsible for complying with the terms and conditions of any affiliate programme you participate in. Creators using affiliate links are solely responsible for complying with all applicable disclosure requirements, including but not limited to the ASA (Advertising Standards Authority) and CAP Code guidelines in the UK, and the FTC (Federal Trade Commission) disclosure rules in the US. MyRoutine accepts no liability for a creator’s failure to comply with these requirements.

We do not guarantee any level of earnings or clicks. Affiliate commissions are paid directly by affiliate networks or brands — not by MyRoutine. We are not responsible for any failure by third parties to pay commissions.

6. Acceptable use

You must not:

• •Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its infrastructure.
• •Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access or extract data from the Platform without our prior written consent.
• •Use the Platform in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair its operation.
• •Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Platform.
• •Create multiple accounts to circumvent a suspension or ban.

7. Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights in the MyRoutine platform — including the software, design, branding, and content produced by us — are owned by or licensed to Bye Bye Holdings Ltd. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights in our intellectual property other than the limited right to use the Platform in accordance with these Terms.

8. Availability and changes

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee that MyRoutine will be available at all times. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the Platform at any time. We will give reasonable notice of significant changes where possible. We reserve the right to update these Terms; continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

MyRoutine is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not endorse any products or affiliate programmes featured on the Platform. Product information and affiliate links are provided by creators and we are not responsible for their accuracy.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Subject to the above, MyRoutine’s total liability to you arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account with immediate effect if you materially breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we are required to do so by law. On termination, your public profile and content will be removed from the Platform.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. MySponsor Brand Plan

The MySponsor Brand Plan (“Brand Plan”) is an annual subscription at $299/year that grants the subscribing brand one brand account and up to 10 creator activation slots. By purchasing a Brand Plan, you agree to the following additional terms:

• •Brand account. The brand account may be used to manage your brand profile, upload product content, and activate creator profiles within your slot allowance.
• •Creator activation slots. Each activation slot allows a brand to add product content to one consenting creator’s profile. Brands control the product content displayed within their activated slots. Unused slots do not roll over or carry monetary value.
• •Creator consent and deactivation. Brands may only activate creator profiles where the creator has accepted the activation request. Creators may deactivate a brand sponsorship from their profile at any time without prior notice, at which point the brand’s content will be removed from that creator’s profile immediately.
• •Content standards. Brands are responsible for ensuring all product content complies with applicable advertising standards (including ASA/CAP in the UK and FTC guidelines in the US) and does not infringe any third-party rights. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these standards.

13. Refund policy

The following refund terms apply to paid subscriptions on MyRoutine:

• •14-day full refund. Annual subscriptions — including the Founder Plan ($59/year) and the Brand Plan ($299/year) — are eligible for a full refund if requested within 14 days of the initial payment. To request a refund, email hello@myroutine.health with your account details.
• •No refunds after 14 days. After the 14-day period, subscription payments are non-refundable. You will retain access to your plan until the end of the current billing period.
• •Renewals. Auto-renewal charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from your account settings before the renewal date.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

14. Founder Membership

The Founder Membership (“Founder Plan”) is a limited, discounted annual subscription offered at $59/year for life to early supporters of the Platform. By purchasing a Founder Plan you agree to the following additional terms:

• •Availability. We advertise a target of 300 founder spaces. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to increase the total number of founder spaces available at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to commercial, operational, or community-growth purposes. The existence of additional spaces does not affect the price or benefits of existing Founder memberships already purchased.
• •Locked pricing. Your $59/year rate is locked for as long as your subscription remains active and in good standing. If you cancel and later re-subscribe, standard pricing at the time of re-subscription applies.
• •Founder badge. The Founder badge displayed on your profile is a cosmetic indicator of early-supporter status. We reserve the right to modify the visual presentation of the badge at any time.
• •Referral commission. The 15% referral commission is paid at our discretion. We reserve the right to adjust commission rates on reasonable notice. Commissions already earned at the time of any change will be honoured.
• •No guarantee of features. Founder benefits, including access to specific features, are provided as part of the Platform described in section 8. We may adjust or replace individual features while maintaining Pro-level access overall.
